Welcome to VOYJX Travel Agency! By booking or engaging with any services offered through our website or associated platforms, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

VOYJX Travel Agency is currently in the process of obtaining official accreditation with the Department of Tourism (DOT) in the Philippines. In the meantime, all travel packages, tours, services, and other arrangements offered through VOYJX Travel Agency are fulfilled in partnership and collaboration with our duly accredited and licensed partner travel operators. All offerings are compliant with Philippine government regulations.

2. Booking Process

Booking Confirmation: All bookings made on the website or through our customer service team are subject to availability. A booking confirmation will be sent to the client once the reservation is successfully processed.

Payments: Payments for travel packages and services are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. The payment will be processed by us and our partner operators and/or payment gateways, and confirmation of payment will be sent.

Changes or Cancellations: All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of VOYJX Travel Agency and the relevant partner operator. Any changes or cancellations will be handled as per their policies.

3. Services and Packages

Travel Packages: VOYJX Travel Agency curates and markets various travel packages and services, but all travel experiences are fulfilled through third-party accredited partners. VOYJX does not directly provide travel services such as, but not limited to flights, land and sea transports, accommodations, or tours (including air, sea, or other specialized tours).

Bespoke Services: Any customized or tailored travel services provided by VOYJX Travel Agency are subject to partner availability, pricing, and terms.

Availability and Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice, and availability may vary depending on the time of booking and the travel operator’s schedule.

4. Liabilities and Limitations

Third-Party Services: VOYJX Travel Agency acts as an intermediary between you and the third-party travel operators. As such, we do not assume responsibility for any services rendered by our partners, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, service quality, or accidents.

Client Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that they meet the entry requirements for any destination, including but not limited to visas, travel documents, vaccinations, and other mandatory health and safety regulations. VOYJX Travel Agency is not responsible for any issues arising from these matters.

Force Majeure: VOYJX Travel Agency is not liable for any delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policies

Refund Policy: Refunds for bookings are subject to the cancellation policies of the travel operator or service provider. Some services may be non-refundable, depending on the type of booking and the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Cancellation Fees: Depending on the operator’s policy, cancellation fees may apply, and these fees will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal Information: VOYJX Travel Agency values your privacy. Personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will only be used to process bookings and communicate important updates.

7. Indemnification

By booking through VOYJX Travel Agency, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless VOYJX Travel Agency and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or damages arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to your interaction with third-party providers, travel-related accidents, or violations of local laws and regulations.

8. Modification of Terms

VOYJX Travel Agency reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

10. Confirmation of Acceptance
